Many executive coaches focus on motivation, momentum, or surface-level behavior change. My work goes deeper. I help leaders strengthen how they think; clarifying assumptions, sharpening judgment, and building the composure needed for high-stakes leadership.
 

Rather than driving action for its own sake, I create space for reflection and disciplined thinking. Clients describe the process as structured, calm, and intellectually rigorous—a place where they can pause, test ideas, and regain clarity amid complexity.
 

Having lived in three countries and worked across nine, I bring a cross-cultural perspective uncommon in the field. Drawing upon this, I help leaders to navigate unspoken norms of trust, influence, and decision-making  across varied environments with confidence and subtlety.

A Passion for Growth and Self-Discovery

I work with ambitious professionals and senior leaders seeking to improve their effectiveness in high-stakes corporate environments. 

My clients include rising leaders preparing for promotion, mid-career managers navigating organizational politics, and senior executives seeking clarity amid pressure and complexity.

 

I also work with U.S. business leaders transitioning to international roles, helping them decode cultural and organizational subtleties, align their leadership approach to local expectations, and establish influence and trust early in their new context.
 

Career Background

Before dedicating myself to coaching full-time, my 16-year career across consumer goods, strategy consulting, and technology have provided first-hand insight into the realities of leading and influencing in complex, global organizations.

 

Having begun my career in the U.S. consumer goods sector, I built a strong foundation in commercial strategy, P&L ownership, and navigating politically complex organizations. After completing my MBA at INSEAD, I joined Accenture Strategy in Amsterdam as an Engagement Lead, stepping into a new country, a new function, and new industries at once while advising senior leaders on growth, innovation, and organizational alignment. 

Later, as Sales Transformation Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I led a multi-country program across eight European markets that strengthened my ability to influence without authority, align diverse stakeholders, and manage the human dynamics that determine whether large-scale change succeeds. These experiences now shape my work as an executive coach, helping leaders lead effectively across complex, multicultural systems.

Education & Credentials

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) having accumulated more than 500 hours of coaching experience. I'm also a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), giving me a firm background in HR concepts. While leading transformation projects with Accenture, I also earned my Leading SAFe® Agilist certification in 2020.

 

I received my MBA from INSEAD in 2018 and a BBA from the University of Michigan in 2009.
